• Medical Officer: MBBS Degree
• Staff Nurse/ MLHP: GNM Diploma
• Multi Purpose Hospital Worker/ Attender): 8th Pass

• Age limit should be 35 years for Staff Nurse/ MLHP and 40 years for MPHW/ Attender.
